Pros: Best tv ever, best color, best clarity, awesome.

Cons: black scenes cast shadows, inputs inaccessibe if hung on the wall.

Pros: 40inch LCD, Price, Build Quality and Appearance.

Cons: Needs HD Signal or Blue Ray to look its best.

The Bottom Line: If you are running a HD signal or Blue ray this set is great for most people. If not I would up grade to a 1080p or XBR sony.

Pros: Picture quality, off-axis visibility, weight, good looks, good audio.

Cons: Pricey, much bigger than our old set, HD over-the-air sometimes stutters.

The Bottom Line: Yes. 40" are enough for me, and 720p is fine for that size. Fabulous picture and great sound.
