Pros: Drivers deliver full rich sound
Cons: Uncomfortable after a few hours of continuous use.
The Bottom Line: You don't have to be a DJ. If you care about hearing music the way it should sound, dip into your trust fund or go into debt for these headphones.
Review: The following is a personal review and technical evaluation of the SONY MDR-V700DJ Studio Open Air Headphone.
1.0 OVERALL: The MDR-V700DJ is a high-quality stereo headphone designed for professionals or people who just want to look like... |

Pros: Loud, punchy, plenty of bass. Uber-cool look. Durable.
Cons: Too tight. Quite heavy. Prolonged wearing brings headache.
The Bottom Line: YES if you are/wanna be a DJ. NO if accuracy and comfort are your major concerns. But as DJ headphones, they're pretty hard to top.
Review: Let me state the obvious: Not all professional headphones are created equal. I've owned this pair of cans for 2 years, but it wasn't until I bought the AKG K240 Studio headphones, that I realized the MDR-V700DJ's capabilities. Sony markets these ...

Pros: Bass, Bass, Bass, Screw on connector, Swiveling ear cups
Cons: Eyeglass wearers beware a headache will come....
The Bottom Line: These headphones are worth the 150 plain and simple there is no better headphone that will cost you less that has better quality
Review: To start things off i was noticing that some of these reviews are from 2000 2001 and sony has really changed their headphones. I had a pair of 700s back in 2001 2002 and they worked great the swivel mechanisms on it broke after about 2 years so i bought ...

Pros: Great Sound Quality. Keeps out most sounds. Comfy for the first couple of hours.
Cons: PRICE.
The Bottom Line: I repeat, these headphones I would only recommend for DJs. They're not made to be comfortable but they are. Great compact ability. The sound quality is great!
Review: I got my headphones cheap at Best Buy with my discount. Otherwise they're 129.99. I recommend these headphones to anyone wanting to DJ or already DJing. I would not recommend it for just regular music use. Only because after awhile of use they don't feel...

Pros: Stylish, very rugged construction, phenomenal sound quality, excellent power handling, comfortable, resilient cord
Cons: Heavy, excessive bass & treble output
The Bottom Line: Best headphones you can buy if used with high-end equipment
Review: Construction & Comfort
I recently wrote a review about the Sony MDR-G72LP headphones I purchased as a personal use replacement set. However I did not mention the pair of MDR-V700DJ headphones I own for my professional musical... |

Pros: Comfortable, good sound quality, sturdy
Cons: Too easy to fold, high cost
The Bottom Line: Quality and value in a stylish package. Do yourself a favor and buy the last set of headphones you'll ever need.
Review: Let me start by saying that I don't own a set of Sony MDR-V700s, but I will soon! I've broken my other sets of headphones so I use my brother's V700s when I am spinning. Comfort and build quality * These are easily the most comfortable pair ...

Pros: Great fit, VERY Responsive, and great for DJing too.
Cons: Somewhat expensive.
The Bottom Line: Best headphones, very hip and sleek too.
Review: I use these Headphones with my Sony DEJ01 Discman. These headphones rock! If you take a normal CD that you've listened to for a long time and listen to it with these headphones, you'll hear things you never heard before! These headphones make it...

Pros: Comfy, great quality and sound, good looking, overall awesome
Cons: Finish can scratch if you don't watch it, very big but not too bad

Pros: Awesome Sound! Clear bass and non-tinny treble.
Cons: You can't wear these just walking around.
The Bottom Line: Excellent sound! Loud, Clear Bass! Excellent non-tinny midrange and treble. They are comfortable enough and sound like floor speakers! Go buy it online today!
Review: The Looks: Well, they are DJ headphones, and for DJ headphones, they look cool! But you'd probably be laughed at if you tried to wear these just walking around. But, they are great for "around the house" use.
The Sound: Well,... |
