Pros: Fascinating storyline, historically accurate, plot twists, a modern adventure.

Cons: Awful pixel hunting, outdated graphics engine, no replay value.

The Bottom Line: A nice little secret romp through time, The Messenger promises more than it delivers. If you see it in the bargain bin, give it a try.
