The Other Side of Tupac

by   sj1and0 ,  Jan 9, 2005
Pros: Tupac Shakur was an extraordinarily expressive and creative writer with passion and poetically illustrative personality
Cons: A lot of his poems are depressing in the first half.
The Bottom Line: Discover Tupac in a new light. Underneath the name-brand and the hardcore attitude was a passionate and very educated person. Tupac's poetic side is one of beauty and intrigue.
Review: Tupac Shakur, the hard core rapper that we all knew had a sensitive side. He was also a poet who wrote with lyrical force, attitude, vibrance and a plethora of emotions. Now don't get me wrong, in my opinion rappers write poetry, but more like spoken ...
