Apostles Only

Pros: You'll never see these on MTV, ever; an absolute must for Smiths apostles

Cons: most are just Top Of The Pops performances; DVD has zero interesting features

The Bottom Line: "The Complete Picture" is a must for Smiths apostles (obviously), but offers little to interest the casual listener or anyone unfamiliar with the band.
