Pros: Classic good looks, full rich sound, excellent and precise tuner.
Cons: AM is not class-leading, no memory presets
The Bottom Line: You cannot buy a better all-around radio for under $100. This radio is for listening and enjoying every day.
Review: I have been living with, listening to and enjoying the Tivoli Model One radio for more than a year now. I probably own at least 10 radios of different types and sizes and the Tivoli radio gets hours of daily use and is my preferred radio to listen to. ...

Retro feeling radio with modern sound

Pros: Great sound, tight tuning control, highly portable between rooms, solid design
Cons: Mono sound
The Bottom Line: This is a remarkably accurate tuner, solidly designed with surprisingly rich sound for its small size. A tad pricey for "just" a radio but you get what you pay for.
Review: I have owned my model one for 5 years and I am constantly moving it, using it as a resting place for various coffee cups and generally treat it roughly. Despite this it is still going strong 5 years later and I continue to love it as being practical and ...

Pros: Excellent audio quality and performance. Simplicity. Just a great product.
Cons: AM sensitivity. One or two quality control/design issues.
The Bottom Line: There can be no better radio than this. Buy one!
Review: Introduction I recently heard one of these unassuming looking radios playing in someone's kitchen, and could hardly believe the sound was actually coming from the set it was so good. I had only read about this radio prior to this, and was aware ...

Pros: Sounds wonderful. Great reception. Good looks.
Cons: A bit pricey.
The Bottom Line: If spending $120 for a table radio doesn't bother you, get one, and get it fast!
Review: Audio legend, Henry Kloss (the "K" of the famed audio company, "KLH") was noted for many sonic accomplishments during his lifetime, not the least of which was his justifiably famous Model 21 FM radio. Introduced in 1967 for a then rather pricey $79.95, ...

Pros: Big natural sound, good range, Aux input.
Cons: 60 cycle hum
The Bottom Line: Doesn't offer HD, Satellite or WIFI, but for traditional FM, this a great choice.
Review: Lots of people have weighed in on this product. As a long time hi-fi guy, I shake my head at a few of these reviews, so here's my take: To my knowledge, most or all of the "small-box / big-sound" radios, computer speakers, MP3 speakers and ...

Pros: Outstanding Sound Quality
Cons: None
The Bottom Line: This is a sound producing machine that will make you happy.
Review: A few years ago, my Dad bought a Tivoli radio and told me to come over to his house. He stated that the sound on his new radio was incredible, and when I saw it, I tried not to laugh. How could such a small radio produce great sound that could fill up ...

Pros: Small, classy, awesome full sound.
Cons: None
The Bottom Line: This radio is worth it. Great full sound in a classy package.
Review: We got this radio as a Christmas gift about two years ago. My parents had one and I was amazed at how great the sound was and how many stations the tuner was able to pull in. In our house the radio is almost always on. We absolutely love this one. It ...

Pros: Extremely attractive. Fun to use (love the analog tuning). Wonderful sound.
Cons: AM reception needs an external antenna. Could hardly hear anything when I first tried.
The Bottom Line: Don't hesitate to buy this radio if a small attractive and stylish box with a big warm sound is what you want.
Review: I have had my eye on the BOSE Wave Radio for months but the price has deterred me. Then, I decided that I did not need all the extras included with that model (digital, remote, etc). All I wanted was a simple FM radio with good sound. Stereo was not ...

|
Pros: Compact, retro styling, Outstanding cabinet quality, versatile, iPod friendly
Cons: A tough concept for those who are only used to digital tuners. :)
The Bottom Line: Quality, value and real wood - this radio performs and is a room accessory at the same time.
Review: The Tivoli Audio Model One delivers performance which belies its reasonable price. It is possible today to spend three times as much and get so much less. Tivoli builds a fine wooden cabinet which qualifies as fine furniture. Then they fit in the Henry ...

Pros: Great quality. Great sound. Great looks. Clean and simple design.
Cons: I guess I may like to crank it a little louder sometimes. Oh, well.
The Bottom Line: If you need great sound in a small space and don't want to shell out a bunch of money, this is your answer. Get one and see for yourself.
Review: I'd been looking for a small radio that had (1) good sound, and (2) a good tuner for the crowded desktop in my home office. The Tivoli Audio Henry Kloss Model One fits that bill perfectly. I love the simplicity and the clean, retro-design. The ...
