Pros: Toshiba sales people
Cons: Lousy product, Toshiba does not stand behind their own product.

Stay Away from DLP

Pros: Very nice picture
Cons: $200 bulb breaks frequently
Review: The DLP technology requires a bulb that is known to fail. I have gone through 3 bulbs in less than 24 months. Toshiba Customer Service apologizes for the problem but no help. The bulbs cost $200, so unless you want to invest $200 a year into the TV, ...
