Pros: Picture is very good. The pan on the zoom feature has been improved.

Cons: Design of unit and remote. Radio interference. Some features eliminated. Minor problem playing DVD-R's.

The Bottom Line: If you need a replacement DVD player until the Blu-Ray players come down in price, this will do, but I would not recommend it as an upgrade.
