Toyota Camry: Get One If You Can

by   jo.com ,  Dec 5, 2000
Pros: Well made, reliable car in an affordable price range
Cons: None that I have encountered with any Toyota I have driven or owned
The Bottom Line: Get one if you can!
Review: Few would negate the virtues of the Toyota. It consistently rates at the top of reviewers such as Consumer Reports and is ranked #3 in vehicle sales(autopacific.com). When you look at the Toyota, no matter what model, you will see that it has the...

by   hyundai_fan ,  Apr 7, 2007
Pros: Design; features; price; fuel economy.
Cons: Cost of parts.
The Bottom Line: Very much recommended.
Review: When my family's 1993 Hyundai Excel died from a failing transmission, and our 1994 Buick LeSabre fell apart at 104,000 miles, my family decided to go cautious on a "new" car, one that was well-known for long-term reliability. I'm the "researcher" of the ...

I love what You do for ME....Toyota !

by   roadiem ,  Aug 6, 2000
Pros: Excellent Steering and Suspension system.
Cons: Notta
Review: WHAT MAKES ME SUCH AN "EXPERT" YOU ASK: ?

I have read many reviews on automobiles from aesthetic, interior, power, warranty, options, etc. points of view. I believe an important, but always neglected area, though is from...

Toyota Camry: A Smooth Ride

by   SHeineman ,  Nov 2, 2000
Pros: Smooth ride, great handle, nice looks
Cons: I can't get my parents to trade me for theirs!
Review: I don't own a Camry. I have a cute little Mazda MX-3 that I adore. Unfortunately, I wrecked said Mazda a while back, in a little town out in the middle of no where in Ohio. My poor little Mazda had to be left behind to be repaired. My parents...

The one you can always count on.

by   janika ,  Oct 18, 2001
Pros: Reliable, Sleek, Comfy, High quality fit & finish!
Cons: Four cylinder trim could use a bit more pep.
The Bottom Line: Super comfort and reliability for a reasonable price. This car never leaves you at the side of the road. Count on the Camry for years to come.
Review: Hello

To start with

Ok I needed a bigger car than my Corolla and I had three things in mind. Number-1: Honda Accord, Number-2: Toyota Camry and number three was the Nissan Maxima. I still ended up with the Camry....

How Long Can The Most Reliable Vehicle Last?

by   rabodzey ,  Jun 3, 2007
Pros: Reliable
Cons: Not a "cool" car, but do you actually need one?
The Bottom Line: This is the best car if you look for reliability. You will not find a lot of horse powers, but you'll certainly find a good friend to rely upon.
Review: I bought my '99 Camry in 2004 with 78,000 miles on it. Before that I owned Subary Legacy '94 and Taurus '96 and just recently I learned that Ford Taurus is on the 5th place on reliability in JD Power's rating, just behind Camry. My life before ...

1999 Camry, all purpose sedan

by   jpeter ,  May 22, 2001
Pros: Fuel economy, room, outstanding Toyota reliability!
Cons: Very conservative, soft steering and suspension
The Bottom Line: Toyota made a oldsmobile and it is great.
Review: Ok I have been putting it off for a while so I guess I will finally write a review on the car I currently drive. I bought my Camry as a cheaper replacement for my trouble free 4runner. I have LE version with the 2.2 liter four. Obviously I did not buy ...

0% is good, BUT....

by   rtange ,  Dec 10, 2001
Pros: Luxury drive, good fuel economy, and reliability you can count on.
Cons: little weak on acceleration
The Bottom Line: Don't be tempted by great deals on new cars, because you still can get much more for your money on slightly used cars. This car rides and feels great.
Review: 0% TEMPTATION

Are you just starting to look for a new sedan? Are you tempted by all the 0% financing for a new car?

Well think before you jump. It is true that right now you can find outstanding deals on new cars, but I want you...

My new Lexus, I mean Camry

by   josephs ,  Mar 30, 2002
Pros: Reliability, Pep of the 4cyl, Comfort, Convenient Features (see review for more)
Cons: Factory brakes should be replaced with higher quality ceramic brake pads
The Bottom Line: I highly recommend purchasing a Camry. Reliability, luxury, comfort, style, and practicality all in one.
Review: I just bought a 1999 Toyota Camry LE a couple months ago. I make a point of doing my research before I make any large purchase and this car has to be the most bang for the buck. It's basically the #1 most reliable care on the market. It's also very...
