Pros: The packaging, the songs selection, presentation and VOICE.

Cons: the fifth disc could have been more GEMS instead of hits.

Pros: Some great performances. There will be no more new material (alas).

Cons: 2 of the 5 disks were better left out. Some weak material better left unheard.

The Bottom Line: Fans of American Recordings, will find a lot to like. What I like, I love. My appreciation is tempered by material that is subpar, unnecessary, or for limited interest.
