Pros: easy to use and adjust to recipes, e.i. very grainy recipes can be tricky.

Cons: no obvious downside.

Pros: The unit works great, evenly heated waffles.

Cons: Extremely poor customer service.

The Bottom Line: Parts break off this unit easily and once broke, you will have a difficult time getting replacement parts or repairs. Villaware doesn't seem to care.
