Other reviewer is obviously not a fanatic

by   corvette2005 ,  Jun 16, 2004
Pros: Basic, manual, perfect for a serious "back to basics" photographer.
Cons: I'm not really sure about the customer service because mine has never broken.
Review: When buying a fully manual camera I hope that the consumer is smart enough to research how to use one and practice. His approach was the equivalent of jumping into a pool without knowing how to swim. This camera was made basic and is very much just ...

This is a fun little camera

by   tatejackson ,  Mar 16, 2004
Pros: Cheap, Light Fun. If you break it, who cares. Good camera to learn with.
Cons: Exposure meter does not stay on after you release the shutter button.
The Bottom Line: Its not an F5, but its a fun camera.

by   digidealer ,  Aug 6, 2002
Pros: Inexpensive, wide exposure range, can operate without battery
Cons: Unreliable, very basic, poor lens quality, poor customer service
The Bottom Line: I would not recommend this camera, unless you're on a strict budget and desperately need an SLR camera. Think twice, pay once.
Review: This is very basic and cheap SLR camera, but as always, you get what you pay for. It's manual-only, meaning that you have to focus it and select appropriate exposure and aperture manually, based on a simple "+" or "-" sign appearing in your...
