Pros: Capacity, quiet operation, easy control.
Cons: Door does not open totally unless held down.
The Bottom Line: Good value for the price.

Defective upon purchase, and finally repaired three months later

Pros: Gets the dishes clean and is reasonably quiet
Cons: Was unusable for first three months due to leaking, with terrible service support.
The Bottom Line: It arrived with a defective part and service was abysmal, taking three months to resolve the problem.
