Pros: Uses little water and detergent on normal cycles.  Can clean small to large loads.

Cons: Design and/or manufacturing deficiencies   Two repairs within 7 months was a big disappointment. 

The Bottom Line: Same machine as WFW8500.  Can clean good.  When operating properly can be quiet.  May be design and/or manufacturing flaws that result in required repairs.

Pros: It ran quietly and smoothly, with the minimum of water and detergent.

Cons: Cycles require 10-20 min. longer than the top loader we had.
